Jacqueline Kay Tanner formerly of Lake Wales, Florida passed away in Nashville, Tennessee on Friday, February 22, 2013.

She was born October 17, 1946 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Cawthon Lee and Eileen (Horne) Tanner, where she was a lifelong resident before moving to Nashville 3 years ago. Jackie was a homemaker and of the Protestant faith.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the Lake Wales Cemetery with Rev. Jeffrey Kantz officiating.

Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Tanner of Nashville, Tennessee; son, Jeff (Lauralee) Tanner of Nashville; sisters, Patty McClendon of Frostproof, Donna (Chuck) Martin of Graceville, Florida; brother, Tim Harrell of Babson Park, Florida; 1 grandson, Cawthon.
